Optimize your title tag
Title tags are the most important on-page SEO element. They’re also the only element you can change after your site has been indexed by Google, so they’re vital for maintaining rankings over time.
While there are many factors that affect how well a page ranks in search results, title tags are one of the most important ones because they get crawled by Googlebot (the search engine’s bot) and therefore appear in the SERPs (search engine results page).
The perfect page title is one that’s descriptive and contains your key phrase. It should be fewer than 60 characters, but not too short. It should contain words that people who search Google for your product or service will be likely to use in search queries. Make your content more accessible to search engines by keeping your title tag under 60 characters and including a keyword or two.
